Founder and President of NorthBridge, Jannie is a Tampa native with over 25 years' experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in both tenant and landlord representation. She has extensive experience in third-party leasing, spending most of her career leasing for grocery-anchored, power and unanchored strip centers, including diverse portfolios from privately held assets to publicly traded REITS, which included assets owned and/or managed by GE Capital, Heitman, ING, PGIM Real Estate (formerly Prudential Real Estate Investors), and Publix Super Markets, Inc.
Jannie's underlying skill set represents an ardent sense of customer value and the ability to close deals through a mutually beneficial win-win approach, highlighting all aspects of tenant and landlord representation, including knowledge of emerging market trends, site selections, and accomplished negotiations. She prides herself on extensive knowledge of the markets throughout Florida, concentrating on Central Florida and the West Coast. Bridging working relationships with local, regional, and national retailers and developers throughout Florida, with an emphasis on retaining and growing business through positive relationships, effective communication, and partnership.
Prior to launching NorthBridge, Jannie was instrumental in establishing Retail Solutions Advisors, as Broker of Record, Regional Vice President, and responsible for leasing, tenant representation, and new business development; as Retail Leasing Specialist at Ramco-Gershenson responsible for securing tenants throughout her REIT-held portfolio; and founded the original NorthBridge Property Services, a Tampa-based brokerage firm dedicated to serving national and local tenants throughout Florida.

Jannie is also a long-time participant of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Leslie-Ann Pagán is a proven real estate adviser with a wealth of experience covering the ever-evolving Tampa Bay market. Driven by a desire to build strong business relationships with prospects and clients, Ms. Pagán approaches each assignment with the same unwavering focus and dedication. Born in Puerto Rico and fluent in both English and Spanish, Ms. Pagán offers clients an adaptive, results-based approach.
Prior to joining NorthBridge Commercial Real Estate Group as a Retail Leasing Specialist, Ms. Pagán worked with Premier Realty of Tampa where she focused on servicing retail and commercial accounts throughout the Tampa Bay area. She attended Schiller International University, where she earned her M.B.A. in International Business. She also holds a B.S. in Biomedical Science and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of South Florida. Her philanthropic endeavors have included the Mayor’s Beautification Project, Metropolitan Ministries and Habitat for Humanity.
Donna Cook provides senior-level oversight of property operations and management for commercial properties throughout Florida. Her focus is maintaining strong relationships with owners, tenants and vendors integrated under the management platform chosen by NorthBridge Commercial Real Estate Group. She delivers extensive knowledge and experience, with more than 35 years in the commercial real estate industry.
Donna started her career at Clothier-McCauley, Oakmont Capital, and became a valued asset for more than 10 years during her tenure as Property Manager for Ramco-Gershenson, overseeing more than three million square feet of REIT-held properties.
She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business from University of South Florida, holds a Florida Real Estate License, and an active member of Ladies in Commercial Real Estate (LICRE), with participation in selected ICSC events. Her expertise includes: construction management, budget forecasting, client relations, and lease administration.
